  • Higher than average daytime sleepiness
  • Headaches upon waking
  • Sudden weight gain
  • Feeling like you haven’t gotten any rest
  • Waking at night and feeling confused
  • Problems with concentrating


Snoring Solutions: Are there snoring remedies to help?

There is a good chance that if you do snore that you don’t even know it. If you have become aware that you snore, either from people telling you or because you exhibit the symptoms mentioned, the best thing you can do is to talk to your doctor. You may need a sleep study, which could help to deal with any physical problems that you have that could be affecting the quality of your sleep.

Other sleeping solutions may include changing your sleeping position, taking allergy medication, or in rare cases, if you have a deviated septum, having surgery. You may find that if you sleep on your back that moving to your side helps. You could also try not drinking alcohol or heavy snacks within 3-4 hours before your bedtime.


Snoring Remedies & Snoring Aids

The truth is, there are hundreds of snoring remedies out there and just as many snoring aids. While breathing strips and changing your sleep position work great for some snorers, they won’t work at all for others. With this in mind, it is hard to recommend any steadfast snoring aids, because there aren’t any that would work reliably well for a majority of the people reading this.

For some people, snoring aids that work may include Breathing Strips, special snore-blocking pillows, or even lubricating mouth spray. However, while these snoring aids will work for some of you, others will be left with little help from them.
